We seem to be losing the ability to disagree without being disagreeable,
to recognize our own biases and fallibility, to feel conviction to our beliefs
while still being self-reflective.
Might we combine the power of humility and the approach of civility in building more cohesive communities where we can speak across differences while simultaneously working to accomplish shared goals?
