Thank you to the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving for selecting the Stowe Center for the 2023 Love Your Block grant, and for our community partners for their valuable input on how we can best serve our Nook Farm neighborhood. With this Little Free Library & Pantry, it will be stocked with shelf-stable goods, seasonally appropriate extras, and toiletries to help our neighbors.
To donate to the Little Free Library, we have a curated wish list with Amazon and Bookshop.org for folks to purchase books for all ages that will be mailed to the Stowe Center. We also have books available at the Museum Shop.
For the Little Free Pantry, we are partnering with local community organizations to keep the Pantry well-stocked. We also hope neighborhood residents will join us in adding items to the Pantry – take an item, leave an item.
