INTERPRETATION
In this session, you will discuss and exercise understanding of poems, tone intention, repetition, imagery, and audience connection.
Join us on the 4th Saturday of every month at the Stowe Center for Literary Activism for a Spoken Word workshop led by the Town of Windsor Poet Laureate Versatile Poetiq. Over five engaging sessions—Intro to Spoken Word, Physical Presence, Voice & Articulation, Interpretation, and Evidence of Understanding—participants will explore the art of Spoken Word through discussion, writing prompts, video analysis, and performance techniques. A free writing journal will be provided.
This is a safe space for creative expression, culminating with Unleashing Your Voice Open Mic Night on August 23, 2025 (admission $5). Come discover your voice and share your story!
